Our Transparent Pricing
We try to make it as simple and honest a possible when it comes to pricing. No Hidden charges or sales pressure, just honest labor you can trust. Our residential carpet cleaning charges are easy to estimate yourself as we charge $55 per room, $25 per hall and $3 per step for stairs. We do have a minimum charge of $110 that constitutes 2 rooms of cleaning. There is also a cap on size of room or definitions of a room. If a room is a combination room such as a living room dining room combo, that's regarded as two rooms. Or if a room is larger than 250 sq.ft., then it is charged as a double room. Not every home is the same but most are easy enough to determine what the cost will be. Below you'll find an itemized price list of our carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning fees. Our Handyman HomeRepair division is a standard labor rate of $80p/hr.
